Instructions for Triple Chocolate Cookies:
1. Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil until well blended.
2. Stir in chocolate chips, cover, and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, if dough is too sticky to roll.
3. Roll cookie dough into evenly sized balls. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes-until set (longer if the cookie is big).
The pictures with the darker colored cookie is from a chocolate cake mix. The pictures with the lighter colored cookie is from a devil’s food cake mix.
Sometimes I find cake mixes that are 16.5 ounces (Food Club) and sometimes 15.25 (Betty Crocker) I have used both sizes and these cookies turn our delicious.
If dough is too sticky, just refrigerate it for 30 minutes. I don’t usually have to refrigerate, but I have a few times.
