The Best Scotchmallow Cookies
See’s Scotchmallows are one of my favorite chocolates. These Scotchmallow Cookies are in honor of those very delicious chocolates. The chocolate, caramel, and marshmallow in this recipe makes the perfect taste combination!
Not only are these delicious looking cookies easy, they are loved by all who have tried them. If you are looking for an easy and yummy cookie, this is it! Ingredients Needed for Scotchmallow Cookies Recipe:
1 box dark chocolate cake mix
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
9 large marshmallows
9 pieces Werther’s Original Soft Caramels
How to Make Scotchmallow Cookies:
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, and flour. Blend well.
Place cookie dough in the refrigerator while you prepare the oven, marshmallows and caramel.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut marshmallows in half and set aside.
Unwrap caramels and cut each piece in half.
Remove cookie dough from the refrigerator.
This recipe makes 18 cookies. Divide cookie dough into 18 similar size pieces.
Wrap cookie dough around one half piece of marshmallow and one half piece of caramel. Roll into a ball.
Place each cookie ball onto a cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
