1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 egg

1  1/2 cups flour

Instructions For Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies:

Unwrap miniature Snickers bars or whatever candy bar you have chosen.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, egg, and milk in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer. Blend well-until mixture is smooth and creamy.

Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined.

Roll peanut butter cookie dough around candy. Dough should cover 36 miniature bars. Place cookie dough balls on a greased baking sheet. It helps me if I…divide the cookie dough into 36 similar size pieces and then wrap the cookie dough around each Snickers candy bar.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Cool slightly and enjoy!!

Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
