Ingredients Needed For Pumpkin Bran Muffins:
- 1 1/2 cups All Bran Cereal
- 15 ounce can pumpkin puree-not pumpkin pie mix
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts, raisins and/or chocolate chips, optional

Instructions For Pumpkin Bran Muffins:
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine All Bran cereal and pumpkin puree. Stir.
- Add the buttermilk. Stir to combine well and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, Beat softened butter, sugar and egg together until well combined with an electric mixer.
- Add the pumpkin mixture to the egg mixture and blend with an electric mixer.
- Next, blend in the flour, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice just until combined.
- Fold in your desired add-ins.
- Bake in greased muffin tins at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Use the toothpick test and remove from the oven as soon as a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy warm!
