Delicious fall muffins made with bran, real pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine All Bran cereal and pumpkin puree. Stir.
Add the buttermilk. Stir to combine well and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, Beat softened butter, sugar and egg together until well combined with an electric mixer.
Add the pumpkin mixture to the egg mixture and blend with an electric mixer.
Next, blend in the flour, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice just until combined.
Fold in your desired add-ins.
Bake in greased muffin tins at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Use the toothpick test and remove from the oven as soon as a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy warm!
