Ingredients Needed For Pico de Gallo:

  • 4 large Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced (if you prefer white onion, use it)
  • 1 medium jalapeño, stem and seeds removed, diced finely
  • 1/3 cup cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 tbsp lime juice, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp salt, more as desired for taste

Instructions For Pico de Gallo:

  1. Chop tomatoes, dice onion and jalapeño and chop cilantro. Place in a bowl. 
  2. Add minced garlic, lime juice and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and refrigerate to chill and blend flavors, 15 minutes to an hour.
  4. Serve with a slotted spoon to drain off much of the juices. 
  5. Serve as a dip or along side burritos and more.

Ingredients

Stained Glass Sugar Cookies are so pretty. We used flower cookie cutters and then cut out the center and placed broken up Jolly Ranchers in the center to give it the stained glass look. They were super fun to make and eat. Use parchment paper on your cookie sheet to make removing the cookies easier. 

German Chocolate Cookie Bites are so easy. They are not made from scratch, however, you could make your own cake. This recipe uses a German chocolate cake mix and a container of German chocolate frosting. Simple to make and delicious to eat. Have fun baking!
