Easter Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients Needed for Easter Crinkle Cookies:

1 boxed white cake mix

2 eggs

1/3 cup oil

Food coloring

8 ounces Cool Whip

7 ounces Marshmallow Creme

How to Make Easter Crinkle Cookies:

Pour cake mix into a mixing bowl. Stir to break up any lumps.

Add eggs and oil. Stir to combine.

Separate dough into three portions.

Place each third in its own bowl. Add desired amount of food color and stir to incorporate color.

Divide each color into 6 or 8 similar sized pieces and roll into balls. You will need a little flour on your hands when you roll the cookie dough into balls.

Place cookie dough on a baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Watch them closely. Cooking times with vary depending on the size. They will be a bit doughy, but they will be fine as they cool on the cookie sheet.

While cookies bake, mix Cool Whip with the Marshmallow Creme. Blend until mixture gets thick. Refrigerate.

When cookies have cooled, match up similar sized cookies to make the cookie sandwich. Put Marshmallow Creme mixture on one cookie and top with a second cookie. Refrigerate until 3-5 minutes before serving.
