The perfect dip or addition to Mexican dishes.
Chop tomatoes, dice onion and jalapeño and chop cilantro. Place in a bowl.
Add minced garlic, lime juice and salt. Stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate to chill and blend flavors, 15 minutes to an hour.
Serve with a slotted spoon to drain off much of the juices.
Serve as a dip or serve on the side of burritos and more.
