How To Make Monster Cookies:

With an electric mixer, blend butter and both types of sugars together until smooth, creamy and fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time and blend.

Add peanut butter, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and cocoa. Blend well.

Add oats and blend.

Fold in M’n’m’s and chocolate chips.

Make cookie balls, making sure some of the M’n’M’s are sticking out on the top of the cookie.

Bake on parchment covered cookie sheets in a 350 degree oven for 11-12 minutes.

Immediately after baking, press edible eyes into the top of the cookies where desired.

Cool for four to five minutes on the baking sheet then, move to cooling rack to finish cooling or enjoy them warm. I love to eat these cookies warm.

Note: edible eyes pressed into cookie dough before baking is an option, as well.
