Adding a little pumpkin spice to this mix makes it so yummy and so easy to make. The recipe below is one serving. However, it is easy to make it for more. Just use more cups. If you were serving this to many people, using a slow cooker to heat it would work well.
Ingredients Needed for White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Hot Cocoa:
Stephen’s White Chocolate hot cocoa mix
Pumpkin pie spice
To double this recipe you will need:
2 1/2 cups milk
6 tablespoons Stephen’s White Chocolate Hot Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions for White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Hot Cocoa:
Pour milk in a mug, (large enough to fit 1 1/4 cups of milk plus room for the hot cocoa mix and for stirring).
Heat milk in the microwave until it reaches your desired temperature.
Remove from the microwave and stir in three tablespoons of Stephen’s White Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix and 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
Stir until well blended.
Top with whipping cream and sprinkle a little more pumpkin pie spice on top of the whipping cream for decoration, if desired.
Allow to cool, if it is too hot and enjoy!
