Ingredients Needed for Ham and Swiss Quiche:

Pie crust

Ham-diced

Swiss cheese

Green onion

Eggs

Half and half

Flour

mace

Dry mustard

Lemon peel-zest

Salt

Pepper

Instructions for Ham and Swiss Quiche:

Press pie crust dough into a pie pan. You can make your own pie crust or use a pre-made crust like I did. I like Pillsbury pie crust. You can find this pie crust dough in the refrigerated section near the Pillsbury cookie dough. I love that the crust is all rolled out in a perfectly round and thin circle for me.

Layer diced ham, Swiss cheese, and green onions in the bottom of the pie crust.

Scramble eggs. Add in half and half, flour, mace, dry mustard, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Stir to combine.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Lower heat to 325 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow a few minutes to cool. Serve and Enjoy!
