Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

Cream cheese

Vanilla

Sugar

Fresh raspberries

Icing Ingredients:

Powdered sugar

Milk

Instructions for Raspberry Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls:

Combine cream cheese, vanilla and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Stir in fresh raspberries.

Roll out the 8 crescent rolls and lay them on the kitchen counter.

Press the wide end out just a little.

Spoon the raspberry filling onto the wide ends of the eight crescent rolls and spread filling out.

Roll up the crescent rolls, place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

While the crescent rolls are baking, mix the icing.

Stir the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together until well combined.

Remove the crescent rolls from the oven when they are cooked through. Allow time to cool a bit.

Drizzle the icing over each crescent roll and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (8 rolls)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 12 small-medium sized raspberries fresh

Icing Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsps milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

  2. Mix in raspberries.

  3. Roll out 8 crescent rolls, press the wide end of each crescent roll out a bit and divide the cream cheese mixture between the 8 rolls.

  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture out, across the wide end of the crescent roll.

  5. Roll the crescent rolls up and place on a greased baking sheet.

  6. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes.

  7. While the rolls are baking, make the icing.

  8. Stir powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together until well combined.

  9. Remove the rolls from the oven and allow a little time to cool.

  10. Drizzle the icing over each crescent roll and serve and enjoy!
