Cordon Bleu Puffs are great for brunch or for dinner. Pair them with a garden salad to complete your meal.

Puff pastry is fun to bake with. It’s so fast, easy, and delicious. We like to put a fruit filling and a cream cheese mixture inside to make a yummy dessert. Another delicious idea is cheese, eggs, and ham or sausage inside for breakfast-add some salsa for a spicy version.

Tips For Making Cordon Bleu Puffs:

Sometimes I boil a chicken breast and dice it up for this recipe. Sometimes I buy the 2 pound bag of rotisserie chicken breast meat from Costco. It is fantastic for this recipe, soups, sandwiches, and casseroles. It is a really good value. I have even used deli ham and chicken to make these puffs.

I also like to dice up leftover ham from a holiday dinner and freeze it to use later.
