Ingredients Needed for One Pan Green Chile Burritos:

2 cans (12 oz. each) Kirkland Signature Roast Beef, undrained 

1-4 oz. can diced green chilies

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1-7 3/4 oz. can El Pato sauce

1 beef bouillon cube

2 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons flour

Flour tortillas

Toppings: grated cheddar cheese, lettuce, sour cream and avocado, if desired

Instructions for One Pan Green Chile Burritos:

Add beef, green chiles, diced onion, El Pato sauce, and beef bouillon cube to a deep frying pan. (NOTE: I have dumped ALL of the ingredients into a deep frying pan all at once and it still turns out great! Just cook until onions are tender and flour is mixed in-leaving no flour chunks. Such an easy lazy day recipe. 😊)

Bring ingredients to a boil.

Simmer until onions are nearly tender.

Add the butter and flour to the meat mixture and mix well.

Cook until thickened.

Place the meat mixture in tortillas and top with cheese, lettuce, avocado and/or sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 12 ounce cans Roast Beef un-drained
  • 4 ounce can diced green chiles
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 7 3/4 ounce can El Pato tomato sauce
  • 1 cube beef bouillon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • flour tortillas
  • toppings: cheese, lettuce, sour cream, avocado

Instructions

  1. Place beef, green chiles, diced onion, El Pato tomato sauce, and beef bouillon into a deep frying pan. Bring to a boil while stirring.

  2. Boil until onions are nearly tender.

  3. Add butter and flour to the mixture and mix well.

  4. Simmer until onions are cooked, flour has incorporated, and the liquid has disappeared. Mixture should be thick.

  5. Place meat mixture on flour tortillas and top with grated cheddar cheese, lettuce, avocado and/or sour cream. Top as you like. Enjoy!
