Peaches:
- 3 1/2 pounds peaches, peeled, sliced and pits removed
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp vanilla
Topping:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, cold and cut into smaller pieces
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions For Peach Cobbler:
- Mix white sugar, brown sugar, corn starch, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla in a bowl-mix well. Set aside.
- Place prepared peaches in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Add sugar mixture to the peaches and stir to combine.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
- While the peaches bake, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter and milk with a fork or a pasty blender to form a dough. Make sure the butter is mixed in.
- Remove peaches from the oven.
- Form flat, circular shapes with the dough and place them on top of the peaches. Press the dough down lightly.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
