These simple pork chops are so simple to make. Using four thin pork chops, all you need to do is, dredge each pork chop through the flour, then the egg, then the seasoning. Pan fry the chops in a hot pan with melted butter. We suggest only cooking three minutes on the first side and then another 2-3 minutes on the second side. You want them to be cooked through but not over cooked. Over cooking pork chops can make them dry-we don’t want that!

Ingredients Needed for Pan Fried Breaded Pork Chops:

4- 1/2 inch thick pork chops

1 egg

1/4 cup flour

1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs

2 1/2 tablespoons Kraft Parmesan Cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1-2 tablespoon butter

How to Make Pan Fried Breaded Pork Chops:

Pat pork chops dry with paper towel.

Place flour on a plate.

Crack the egg on a plate and scramble.

Place seasoned bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. Stir to combine.

Dip each side of each pork chop in the flour.

Dip each side of each pork chop in the egg.

Coat each side of each pork chop in the seasoning mixture.

Melt butter in a frying pan.

Fry coated pork chops in the hot frying pan over medium heat for three minutes.

Flip pork chops and cook for 2 more minutes.

Remove from the pan and serve with your favorite sides.

Ingredients

  • 4- 1/2 inch thick pork chops
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup flour
  • cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 ½ tbsp Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • 1-2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel and discard paper towel.

  2. Place flour on a shallow plate.

  3. Crack egg and scramble it on another plate.

  4. Place seasoned bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley on another plate and stir to combine.

  5. Dredge each pork chop through the flour, coating all sides.

  6. Next, dredge each pork chop through the scrambled egg. Coat all sides.

  7. Then, dredge each pork chop through the seasoning mixture. Coat well.

  8. Heat one to two tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.

  9. Place each pork chop into the hot pan and cook for three minutes.

  10. Flip each pork chop and cook for another 2 minutes-until just cooked through.

  11. Remove from the pan, serve, and enjoy.
