These waffles are a perfect breakfast or brunch idea for the fourth of July. The red strawberries, white yogurt, and blue-blueberries are so pretty on top of golden brown waffles. They taste amazing and will please your family and friends. The vanilla Greek yogurt, which I used, was delicious with the waffle and fresh fruit. Lemon Greek yogurt gives this breakfast idea more lemon flavor. Both taste amazing.
