Water

Broccoli, chopped into small pieces

Frozen peas and carrots, thawed

Shredded rotisserie chicken

Instructions for Chicken Vegetable Ramen:

Bring the water to a boil in a medium sauce pan-big enough to fit all of the ingredients.

When the water is boiling, add the ramen noodles and boil, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.

After the two minutes, add the chopped broccoli and the seasoning packets that came in the ramen packages.

Stir to combine and boil for about one more minute.

Add the peas and carrots and the shredded or chopped chicken. Stir to combine and then remove from the heat.

Serve with freshly cracked pepper and soy sauce. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 3 packages ramen noodles creamy chicken
  • 4 ½ cups water
  • 1 ½ cups broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup peas and carrots frozen but thawed
  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken shredded or chopped
  • freshly cracked pepper
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and then add the ramen noodles.

  2. Boil for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the chopped broccoli and the ramen seasoning packets.

  4. Continue simmering and stirring for 1 minute-or until ramen is desired tenderness.

  5. Add the peas and carrots and the chicken. Stir and remove from the heat.

  6. Serve with freshly cracked pepper and soy sauce.
