Instructions for Philly Cheesesteak Waffle Fries:

Place waffle fries on a large, greased baking sheet and bake as directed on the package.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet or frying pan, cook onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter.

While the vegetables are cooking, cook the Steak-umm sliced steaks in another frying pan. When the meat has cooked through, drain the grease.

When the veggies are cooked, add the cooked steak, salt and pepper to the vegetable mixture. Stir and heat through so that the mixture is hot when you assemble your waffle fries.

Remove the waffle fries from the oven when they have turned golden brown.

Sprinkle one cup of the grated cheese on top of the waffle fries.

Evenly distribute the steak and vegetable mixture on top of the waffle fries.

Top the steak and vegetables with the remaining two cups of cheese.

Bake at 350˚ for 6-10 minutes, to melt cheese.

Serve with your favorite condiment or one of ours like Jalapeño Dipping Sauce.
