For us, peeling and chopping vegetables is the most time consuming part of recipes like this one. I didn’t peel the carrots or potatoes which made it quicker to put together.

We love recipes we can put together and then go about our day doing all the things we all do: work, cleaning, laundry, caring for children, friends and family. The slow cooker makes this possible-we love the Crock Pot!

Ingredients You Will Need For Slow Cooker Pork Loin & Vegetables:

Pork loin

Lawry’s Seasoning Salt

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Salt

Pepper

Chili powder

Carrots, washed and cut into chunks

Potatoes, washed and cut into chunks

Onion, peeled and cut into wedges

How to Make Slow Cooker Pork Loin and Vegetables:

Combine Lawry’s seasoning, onion and garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder in a small bowl and mix.

Brown pork loin in a frying pan as you coat each side with the seasoning mixture.

Pour 1/2 cup of water in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Place pork in the bottom of slow cooker. Top with carrots, potatoes, and onion.

Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve and enjoy!

Slow Cooker Pork Loin and Vegetables

A delicious slow cooker meal perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pound pork loin
  • 1 tbsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 pounds carrots washed and cut into chunks
  • 2 1/2 pounds potatoes washed and cut into chunks
  • 1 large onion peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. Combine Lawry's Seasoning, onion, and garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder in a small bowl and mix.

  2. Brown pork loin in a frying pan coating each side with the above seasoning mixture.
