Deluxe Vanilla Cookies
These Deluxe Vanilla Cookies are to die for! They are unbelievably easy and only have seven ingredients. Simplicity is key here!

Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cup flour
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars, egg, vanilla and salt until creamy. Mix in the flour 1/3 cup at a time.
Spray a cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls.
Cook at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and let the cookies sit on the pan for 2 minutes to cool. Sprinkle a little bit of sugar on top each cookie while they are still hot.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool for a few more minutes.
