Instructions for Slow Cooker Shredded Pork Loin:

Sometimes I like to mix my sauce in the slow cooker to save me a bowl to wash. You can mix this sauce in a bowl or in the slow cooker-your choice.

Place pork loin in slow cooker.

Combine brown sugar, ground ginger, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir with a whisk to combine and to dissolve the brown sugar.

Pour the sauce over the pork loin in the Crockpot. Place the lid on top of your slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

After the 8 hours have passed, shred the pork. Mix the shredded pork with the sauce inside the slow cooker and serve over rice. Add some baby carrots or a salad on the side, if desired.

This is an easy dinner that has a delicious flavor!
