I needed a side to go with enchiladas and decided to make these black refried beans. They turned out really good.
Ingredients:
16 ounce can black refried beans with jalepenos
1 small jalepeno, diced into tiny, tiny pieces
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup mozzerella, grated
Directions:
1. Place diced jalepenos in a sauce pan with a very little bit of oil and stir to cook.
2. Place refried beans, onion powder, and garlic powder in the sauce pan. Heat stirring continually so they do not burn on the bottom until hot.
3. Place beans on a serving dish, spread out, and top with grated cheese.
4. Microwave just to melt cheese.
