This is such a simple recipe with simple ingredients. It is easy to make and delicious to eat. One of my favorite smells is bread and cookies (of course) baking in the oven-fills the house with a warm and inviting smell.

This bread freezes well, too. I will usually double this recipe. We will eat one loaf and I will freeze the other for later. This makes a great breakfast with a piece of fruit. Some of us like to spread butter on our piece of bread. It is so good when the butter is all melty and soaks into the bread.

We hope you and your family are healthy and happy. We appreciate your support here. Have a wonderful day! 😊
