A moist and delicious banana bread recipe.
With an electric mixer, blend sugar and softened butter well.
Add eggs, mashed bananas, water, and vanilla. Combine well.
Stir in flour, baking soda, baking bowder, and salt just until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased bread pan and bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
Cool on a cooling rack.
