Cookies and Creme instant pudding
Instructions For Cookies & Creme Cake:
Pre-heat oven and prepare cake mix as directed by the package by mixing the cake mix, water, oil and eggs together.
Cook in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish for the directed amount of time.
Do not over bake the cake-remove from the oven when toothpick test comes out clean.
Allow time for the cake to cool.
For the topping: mix the instant pudding with the milk until thick, smooth and creamy.
Spread pudding on top of the completely cooled cake. (I like to refrigerate my cake if I have time- before frosting)
Refrigerate to chill,
When ready to serve, crush the Oreos and sprinkle the Oreos all over the top of the pudding. Try to distribute evenly.
Serve and enjoy!

- 15.25 ounce box Betty Crocker Super Moist Triple Chocolate Fudge cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 4.2 ounce box Cookies and Creme instant pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 7 Oreos broken up
Make cake batter according to the package directions by combining the cake mix, water, oil and eggs.
Bake cake in a 9 x 13 baking dish according to the package-350° for 30-35 minutes.
Remove cake from the oven when toothpick test comes out clean-do not over bake. Allow time to cool completely.
In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, combine pudding mix and milk until thick and creamy.
Spread pudding on cooled cake and refrigerate to chill.
When ready to serve, top with crumbled Oreo cookies and enjoy!
