Ingredients Needed for Cilantro Lime Shrimp Pasta:

6 ounces fettuccini or angel hair pasta, cooked and drained

12 ounces raw shrimp, deveined and tails removed

1/3 cup lime juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon jalapeños diced (from a can)

3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon chili powder

2 teaspoons cornstarch

How to Make Cilantro Lime Shrimp Pasta Recipe:

Thaw deveined shrimp and remove tails if needed (the shell).

Cook and drain pasta while making the pasta sauce.

In a sauce pan, bring lime juice, olive oil, diced jalapeños, minced garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, and corn starch to a boil. Stir continually so it will not burn.

When sauce has thickened (about 3-5 minutes), add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp turn pink-about 3-4 minutes.

Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro leaves.

Serve cilantro lime sauce with the cooked shrimp over the pasta.

Serve and enjoy!
