Instructions for Saint Patrick’s Day Snack Mix:

Mix popped popcorn, Lucky Charms, mini pretzel twists and Rice Chex together and place on a large baking sheet.

Cut the rolos in half and lay them on top of the snack mix-evenly distributed.

Melt the candy melts according to the package instructions-slowly in the microwave and stirring every 10-15 seconds. The candy melts will melt more as you stir, as well.

Drizzle melted candy melts over the snack mx and carefully stir with spoons or even your hands to coat the mix with the candy melts. Watch the Roles-you want them to stay separated and not all together in a blob.

Sprinkle with desired sprinkles-I used green and gold sprinkles. St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles would be cute and fun, too.

Allow mix to dry out on the baking sheet for an hour our two.
