  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 2 cups sugar
  • Large Pinch ground nutmeg
  • Large Pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp water

How To Make Eggnog Syrup:

  1. Place butter, eggnog and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir often.
  2. When mixture reaches a boil, boil for one minute.
  3. Then, remove from the heat and add nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and water. Stir.
  4. The baking soda and water will make this syrup foam a bit. 
  5. Enjoy over pancakes, waffles, crepes, German pancakes, French toast or vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
