- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup eggnog
- 2 cups sugar
- Large Pinch ground nutmeg
- Large Pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp water

How To Make Eggnog Syrup:
- Place butter, eggnog and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir often.
- When mixture reaches a boil, boil for one minute.
- Then, remove from the heat and add nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and water. Stir.
- The baking soda and water will make this syrup foam a bit.
- Enjoy over pancakes, waffles, crepes, German pancakes, French toast or vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
