- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

How To Make Pumpkin Banana Bread:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mash the ripe bananas and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the sugar, oil, water, pumpkin puree, and eggs. Whisk to combine well.
- Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ground cloves, ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon. Whisk until just combined.
- Pour pumpkin banana bread batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes. Use the toothpick test to test for done-ness. Do not over bake.
