A moist and flavorful banana bread with pumpkin puree and fall spices.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mash the ripe bananas and place them in a mixing bowl.
Add the sugar, oil, water, pumpkin puree, and eggs. Whisk to combine well.
Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ground cloves, ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon. Whisk until just combined.
Pour pumpkin banana bread batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes. Use the toothpick test to test for done-ness. Do not over bake.
Allow about five minutes to cool in the pan. Remove from the pans and cool on a cooling rack.
