Fiesta Dip

Fiesta Dip is an easy dip that is filled with delicious ingredients like, sliced olives, cheddar cheese, green chilies, sour cream, milk, and the Fiesta Ranch seasoning packet.

I’ve been making this Fiesta Dip for many, many years. It’s a family favorite! It’s always part of a meal when we barbecue. ❤ I adapted this from a recipe on the back of the Hidden Valley Dip package, which hasn’t been on the package for years.

Try taking this to your next party or barbecue. People will want the recipe. It is always a favorite and it disappears so quickly.

Ingredients Needed for Fiesta Dip:

1 package 1.1 ounce Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch dip mix

2 1/4 cups sour cream

3 Tablespoons milk

2  1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (shred yourself-the pre-shredded is dry)

1  4 ounce can green chiles

I  6 ounce can olives, sliced

How to Make Fiesta Dip:

Mix the sour cream and milk with the seasoning packet.

Stir in green chilies, sliced olives, and grated cheese. Then, refrigerate for two hours to blend flavors. Stir before serving. I have made this and served it immediately a few times. It works fine, if you are running late.

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1 1.1 ounce Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix
• 2 ¼ cups sour cream
• 3 tbsp milk
• 2 ½ cups cheddar cheese grated yourself-pre-shredded is dry
• 1 4 ounce can green chilies
• 1 6 ounce can black olives sliced
• tortilla chips

Instructions

1. Mix sour cream and milk with seasoning mix.

2. Stir in green chilies, black olives, and cheddar cheese.

3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

4. Enjoy!!
