Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes


My family loves these Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes! They are incredibly easy to put together and everybody loves them! We hope you love them as much as our family does.

Ingredients:

12 yukon gold potatoes

4 cups milk

1/8 cup flour

8 tablespoons butter

2 cups cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Wash, peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Spray a 9×13 pan and arrange the potatoes in the pan.

In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and whisk until all the lumps are gone. Add in the milk. Stir and heat through. Add in salt and pepper to taste.

Pour sauce mixture over the potatoes in the pan. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake covered at 350 degrees. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the potatoes are tender.

Remove from oven and enjoy!
