Turkey Taco Pasta


This Turkey Taco Pasta is a great weeknight dinner! It comes together in two pans so there is very little clean up and it is so easy!

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground turkey

16 oz. pasta

1 can (10 oz) Fire Roasted Rotel

1 can (10 oz.) Original or Mild Rotel

1 can corn, drained

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 tsp. onion powder

2 1/2 Tbl. taco seasoning

2 cups cheese, grated

Parsley to garnish

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, set aside.

Cook turkey in a large skillet. Add taco seasoning, onion powder, both cans of Rotel, corn and cream of chicken soup. Mix well. Add in the pasta. Mix well. Let the flavors blend for about five minutes. Remove from heat.

Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
