Creamy Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes


You are going to love these Creamy Parmesan Scalloped Potatoes. They look and taste amazing but they are super simple to make!

Ingredients:

6 Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
4 tablespoons butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Parsley to garnish

In a greased 2 quart baking dish, fan sliced potatoes to cover the bottom.

In a sauce pan, combine butter and garlic. Sauté until garlic browns slightly. Whisk in flour until smooth. Add milk, salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Pour mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Sprinkle parsley over the top to garnish.
