Instructions for Bacon Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole Recipe:

Grease a 9×13 baking dish and press one can of crescent rolls plus three extra crescent rolls from the other can out along the bottom and up the sides of the baking dish. Save the last five crescent rolls for the top of the breakfast casserole.

Place eggs, milk, onion, red pepper, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley, and bacon crumbles in a frying pan. Cook the mixture until the eggs are nearly cooked though. Add the grated cheese and finish cooking the eggs. Place the egg mixture into the prepared 9×13 pan. Take the last five crescent rolls and arrange them opposite each other on the top of the egg mixture so there is a gap between each crescent roll on the top. So….long end of the triangle on one side the point on the other-then switch, point on that side and long end on the other. Press the crescent rolls into the sides of the crescent rolls that were pressed up the sides of the baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes-until crescent rolls are golden brown.

Remove from oven and enjoy!
