Samoa Cookie Salad
Do you love Girl Scout Cookies? If so, you will love this Samoa Cookie Salad! It is fruity and creamy with pieces of crunchy cookies. The chocolate, coconut, and caramel make this salad so yummy!

This Samoa Cookie Salad is so good! You can also use Walmart’s Great Value Caramel Coconut and Fudge Cookies (which is what I used this time). We hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients Needed for Samoa Cookie Salad:
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 cup buttermilk
8 ounces Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1 20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained well
2 11 ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained well
1 7 to 8 ounce container Samoas cookies or Great Value Caramel Coconut and Fudge Cookies, broken into quarter pieces
Instructions for Samoa Cookie Salad:
1. Mix pudding and buttermilk until smooth.
2. Fold on Cool Whip, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
3. Stir in quartered cookies.
Chill and serve!
