- Peel the mandarin oranges. Remove as much of the white peel and the stringy parts on each segment.
- Remove any seeds that you can see or feel in each segment.
- Place mandarin slices on a baking sheet or in a freezer container. Freeze for about 4 hours or until segments or pieces are frozen solid.
- Remove from the freezer and blend in a food processor or really good blender until smooth and creamy.
- If the consistency is too thick for your liking add a little water at a time to get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
