
A one ingredient sorbet recipe that is healthy and delicious.
Peel the mandarin oranges. Remove as much of the white peel and the stringy parts on each segment.
Remove any seeds that you can see or feel in each segment.
Place mandarin slices on a baking sheet or in a freezer container. Freeze for about 4 hours or until segments or pieces are frozen solid.
Remove from the freezer and blend in a food processor or really good blender until smooth and creamy.
If the consistency is too thick for your liking add a little water at a time to get the consistency you like. Enjoy!
