How To Make Green Chile Cheese Ball:

Set the cream cheese out to soften.

When cream cheese has softened, begin making the cheese ball.

Grate the cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese. Set aside.

Drain the four ounce can of diced green chilies into a cup-reserve the liquid from the green chilies. You will use this liquid later.

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, onion salt, celery seed and dill weed. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add grated cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, drained green chilies and one tablespoon of the reserved liquid from the green chilies.

Mix with an electric mixer until well combined.

Place on a serving dish in a sphere.

Serve with Town House Crackers, Ritz, Wheat Thins or your favorite crackers. I prefer the buttery crackers with this cheese ball-like Town House or Ritz.
