Instant Pot Meatballs

These instant pot meatballs are delicious. I am new to the pressure cooker and have only been happy with a few recipes-this being one of them. I’m ready to try some more!

Ingredients:

40 ounces frozen meatballs (I like Kirkland’s from Costco)

1 1/2 cups grape jelly

12 ounce bottle chili sauce

1/2 cup water

Directions:

1. Place frozen meatballs in pressure cooker.

2. Pour chili sauce, grape jelly, and water over the top of meatballs.

3. Place lid on pressure cooker and lock it into place. Make sure the vent on the top is closed. Set pressure cooker to High Pressure and set the timer for 10 minutes. Press start. It will take time for the pressure cooker to reach high pressure and then it will cook for 10 minutes.

4. When it stops cooking, carefully turn the vent to release the pressure. Steam will pour out of it-I use a dish cloth to protect my hand. When the steam stops, unlock the lid and stir the meatballs.

Serve over rice and enjoy!!
