It has a lot of flavor too so you don’t sick of eating it once a week… if you want to make it that often! I know I’ve gone a couple weeks in a row making this meal repeatedly because it is just that easy and fast to do.

To make this, you’ll start out by browning your meat in a skillet pan and cooking your noodles. I use this Mix n Chop tool by Pampered Chef to brown my meat up and I love it! It makes it really easy to break up the meat into good sized chunks and then you can just throw it in the dishwasher for easy clean up. Next you’ll add the onions, garlic and seasonings to the meat. Then you will combine the two soups, can of corn, noodles, and meat mixture together. Pour the whole thing into a baking dish, cover it with foil, and cook for 20-25 minutes. Last, you will top the casserole with cheese and return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes and you’re done! It is so easy and so delicious!

I cannot say enough how much my family loves this Hamburger Casserole. Especially since it calls for ingredients that I always have on hand so it makes for a wonderful last minute dinner. You need to try it!
