Ingredients Needed For Easy Chicken Ramen:

  • 2 pkg. ramen noodles
  • 2 cups chicken cooked and diced
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • Green onion sliced for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions For Easy Chicken Ramen:

To make this meal you are going to discard the seasoning packets in the ramen noodles. Then start by putting the ramen noodles, cooked chicken, soy sauce, water, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic, brown sugar, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a pot. I really like this pan to make this recipe.

Cover the pot with a lid, turn the heat to medium, and let the ingredients cook together for 10-15 minutes or until the noodles are cooked and the sauce has thickened.

Top your dish with thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy!

This Easy Chicken Ramen would be really easy to change up and make your own too! You could add even more stuff to it like broccoli, carrots, spinach or mushrooms. You could also make it meatless or add a different kind of meat like strips of beef. There are so many options!
