Loaded Tater Tots

My whole family could eat these Loaded Tater Tots pretty much every single day. They are so cheesy and they are garnished with bacon, green onion and jalapeños. They are the perfect side to any barbecue during the summer time and they take little to no time to make!

Ingredients:

Tater tots- enough to fill a sheet pan. I bought the 80 oz. package because we love them and used about half of the bag.

3 cups Monterey Jack Cheese

1/4 cup green onion

3/4 cup bacon crumbles

1 jalapeno, diced

Directions:

Grease a sheet pan with non stick cooking spray. Spread the tater tots on the sheet pan. Bake according to package directions. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese, bacon, onion, and jalapeno. Put back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve with our Favorite Fry Sauce!

Enjoy!
