Chorizo Breakfast Burritos


My husband had these Chorizo Breakfast Burritos a lot when he served his mission and we went about to duplicate the recipe he loved so much. They ended up turning out great and we can’t wait to make them for breakfast again!

Ingredients:

1 4.5 oz. package of chorizo

1 16 oz. package hash browns

8 eggs

2 Tbl. milk

Salt and pepper

Flour tortillas

Sour cream

Salsa

Avocado

Directions:

Place chorizo in a pan and cook until done. Cook hash browns in a pan until golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste. Scramble the eggs in a pan. Combine chorizo, hash browns, and eggs. Toss well.

Place chorizo mixture in a flour tortilla. Top with sour cream, salsa and avocado.
