Ingredients:

1/2 loaf French bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

5 eggs

4 tablespoons milk

2 cups cheddar cheese

1/4 cup green onion, chopped

1/2 stick butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray. Put butter in pan and let it melt in the preheating oven. Combine the bacon, eggs, milk, cheese, and onion in a bowl. Mix well. Add the cut up French bread to the mixture and toss to coat. Once the butter is melted, remove from the oven and evenly spread the bread mixture in the pan.

Bake for 20 minutes or until egg is cooked. Run a knife around the edges to loosen and turn out on a dish to serve.

Enjoy!
