These are super easy to make. I love to make them and serve them with some raw veggies and a salad for dinner. It is important to us to have a bunch of go-to easy dinners. Ingredients Needed For Barbecue Beef Biscuits:
1 12 ounce can roast beef, drained
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 small onion, diced
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 tube refrigerator biscuits
cheddar cheese, grated
Combine first four ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook to combine flavors and to cook the onion.
Separate and flatten the 10 Biscuits. Press biscuits into a greased muffin tin (covering bottoms and sides). Fill the 10 biscuits with the meat mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Top each biscuit with grated cheese. Place back in oven to melt the cheese.
Serve hot. Enjoy! 😊

A yummy biscuit filled with beef and cheese.

- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce I prefer Sweet Baby Ray's
- 1/2 small onion diced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
