Quick and Easy Burritos


Quick and Easy Burritos are a pantry meal. They are filled with two kinds of beans, chicken, green chilies, and taco seasoning. Top these delicious and easy burritos with melted cheese, sour cream, and salsa.

Ingredients Needed for Quick and Easy Burritos:

2-16 ounce cans refried beans

1-15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed 

1-4 ounce can diced green chiles

1 packet taco seasoning 

1-12.5 can chicken, drained and shredded (We also like to use beef)

Soft flour tortillas

Grated cheese

Sour cream

Salsa

Instructions for Quick and Easy Burritos:

This is a one pan meal.

In a deep frying pan, place refried beans, black beans, green chilies, taco seasoning, and canned chicken. Stir to blend the flavors and to heat through.

Spoon mixture onto soft flour tortillas. Roll up.

Place burritos on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Hold them together with a toothpick, if needed..

Place in the oven on low broil. Watch closely so they do not burn.

Remove when burritos are lightly browned. 

Top burritos with grated cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
