Layered Dip


Layered dip is always a favorite. We took it to a party last night and it disappeared quickly! It always makes me happy when people like what I serve. 😊 Enjoy!

Layered Dip is an easy appetizer with great flavor. This is a great dip to take to parties. #LayeredDip #SevenLayerDip #MexicanFood #Dips

Ingredients Needed For Layered Dip:

2 cans refried beans

2 Tablespoons taco seasoning

2 1/2 cups sour cream

1 10 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes, drained

1 15 ounce can black beans, drained

1 4 ounce can green chilies

1 cup frozen corn, thawed

2 1/2 cups Colby Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Green onions, sliced

1 6 ounce can olives, drained and sliced

Instructions For Layered Dip:

Mix refried beans and taco seasoning. Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.

Carefully spread sour cream on top of the refried beans.

Sprinkle tomatoes, green chilies, black beans, and corn on top of sour cream.

Next, sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Top with sliced olives and green onions.

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
