Croissant Baked Chicken


This croissant baked chicken is delicious. I bought croissant rolls for Chicken Salad Sandwiches and had two left over (they were from Costco so they were big). I let them dry out. Then put them in my Ninja blender to crush them into bread crumbs.

I love my Ninja! It was a Christmas gift from my husband which not exciting at the time-a blender for Christmas?? But, it is awesome!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 – 2 pounds thin chicken breasts or chicken tenders

1 1/2 cups croissant roll bread crumbs

1/3 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon parsley

2 teaspoons Lowry’s Seasoning Salt

Directions:

1. Place milk in a bowl. Bread crumbs in a separate bowl, and seasonings on a small bowl.

2. Dip thawed chicken in milk and then coat in bread crumbs. Place chicken pieces in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

3. When all the pieces are coated and in the baking dish, sprinkle each piece with seasoning mixture.

4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
